Is this pay-to-win?+
Not at all. Every perk available in the store can also be earned for free through voting and playtime. Store ranks are a way to support the server and skip the grind — they do not give an unfair advantage over other players.
How does cumulative pricing work?+
You only pay the difference when upgrading. For example, if you bought Solaris and want Astral later, you only pay the upgrade difference. Enter your Minecraft name above to see your personalized upgrade pricing.
What are claim chunks?+
Claim chunks protect your land from griefers. Each chunk covers a 16×16 block area. You can buy more here or earn them through vote ranks, trading, and playtime.
What are crate keys?+
Keys unlock cosmetic loot crates at /warp crates. Orbital, Nebula, Singularity, and Hoptimistic each have their own reward pool, and keys never expire.
Do store ranks stack with vote ranks?+
Yes. Your permissions come from whichever rank is higher, so you keep the best perks from both your store and vote progress.
How do I receive my items?+
Items are delivered automatically when you are online, or on your next join if you are offline. No extra commands are needed.
Can I gift a purchase to someone else?+
Yes. Open the cart, enable gift mode, and enter the recipient's Minecraft username before checkout.
What happens if I do not receive my items?+
Items are queued for delivery even if you are offline. If something goes wrong, contact us on Discord and we will sort it out.
